In this lesson you will need, your body, give us a wave.

Your voice, say hello.

A teddy or a toy.

And a pencil and paper.

Pause the video to go and get a teddy or a toy, a pencil and some paper now.

Let's try clapping this pattern.

You can see it has four heart beats in this pattern, and underneath it there are some squares.

If there's a big square we call that a ta.

ta.

If there are two little squares we call those a titi.

titi.

So this pattern goes like this.

ta, ta, titi, ta after four, try clapping it with me.

One, two, three, four.

ta, ta, titi, ta Fantastic.

Let us try one more time.

One, two, three, four.

What about this one.

This one has lots of titis.

Let's see if we can clap it together after four.

Titi, titi, titi, titi.

Great job.

Let us try once more.

One, two, three, four.

Well done.

What about this pattern? See if you can read it.

One, two, three, four.

Great job.

Let us try one more time after four.

One, two, three four.

Titi, titi, titi, ta.

Fantastic.

Pause the video and use your paper to create your own pattern.

To do this you need to draw four hearts in a row.

Underneath them, draw either one big square to show a ta, or two little squares to show a titi.

Once you've created your pattern, have a go at clapping it.

You can press play again once you're finished.
