It monitors the quality of the service by measuring the strength of the WiFi signal at 20 locations.  Every 10 minutes, it receives a sequence of 3 bits from each location. This is essentially a number that indicates how strong the signal is:                                                                                    000   001   010	  011     100  101  110	111                                                                                                                        (000 being low signal and 111 being high signal)                                                                                                     How many bits are received from each location in one day?
