In the previous unit, pupils have had the opportunity to explore the value of different coins and use strategies to calculate the value of a set of coins up to 20 p. In this unit they will apply this learning in new contexts and consider what the value of money means.

In this unit we learn to recognise money, understand spending, saving, and making simple financial choices.
