Hello again, everyone, it's me, Mrs. Steele, and I'm back with another music lesson for us today.
In today's music lesson, we're going to be recognizing pitch changes in our singing games.
By the end of today's lesson, you will be able to identify high and low pitch in the songs that we sing.
Here are keywords today.
Beat, the playing or showing of the steady pulse, like the ticking of a clock.
Pitch, how high or low a note is.
And melody, a combination of notes to make a memorable tune.
We know that it's important to warm up our voices and our bodies before every music lesson so that we're ready to move and ready to sing safely.

When we sing songs, our voices go higher and lower.
We're using our singing voice.
When we talk about high sounds and low sounds in music, we use the word "pitch." A higher sound is a high pitch, and a lower sound is a low pitch.
Can you hear higher and lower pitch in our song "Bow, Wow, Wow?" Look at this video carefully.
Then it's your turn to sing the song again.
