Key learning points
- Many words end in SFCs (silent final consonants). The letters c, r, f and l are, however, generally pronounced.
- 'Je suis'- I am, 'tu es'- you are, and 'elle, il est'- she, he is are all parts of the verb 'être', 'to be' or 'being'.
- Possessive adjectives have masculine forms 'mon', 'ton' and feminine forms 'ma' and 'ta'.
