Key learning points
- A hierarchy diagram shows how a user will move from one part of a system to another.
- You can create a working digital tool using presentation software by adding hyperlinks.
- Editing the master slide means you can set a style once and use it across all your slides.
- Good products are made with purpose and audience in mind.
Keywords
Visual media - media that conveys information visually
Hierarchy diagram - a diagram that shows the relationships between elements from a top-down perspective
Common misconception
It is better to check that hyperlinks work each time you add a link instead of checking them at the end.
You should check the hyperlinks as you go to fix errors immediately but also check the whole product is working once you have finished. This will ensure that the product meets the brief and works in its entirety.
