  1. [y] is pronounced as in 'y' and [oy] is pronounced as in 'envoyer'.
  2. Verbs like ‘lire’ add -s to the stem before adding the regular endings -ons, -ez and -ent.
  3. The 's' is pronounced in the plural forms of the verb but is a silent final consonant at the end of 'je' and 'tu' forms.
  4. The verbs 'traduire', 'conduire', 'interdire' and 'dire' follow the same pattern except for the exception 'vous dites'.
