- Move: being on the balls of the feet and moving towards the ball with hands ready will enable us to stop a moving ball.
- Move: applying accurate rolling skills requires us to send the ball with control towards the target accurately.
- Think: concentration can help us to stop the ball which can prevent the opposition from scoring.

- Feel: playing honestly sets an example to others in the group on how to play by the rules.
