Common misconception
Pupils believe that all effective forms of communication are verbal.
Ensure pupils understand that there are many different ways they can communicate through both verbal and non-verbal communication.
Teacher tip
Encourage pupils to complete the activiites with honesty. Teams can compete agaisnt other teams or teams can compete against themselves, attempting to complete the challenges in a quicker time with each attempt.
