Common misconception

Letting the more vocal students take the lead improves team outcomes.

Outcomes are better if the voices of the whole group are listened to and considered.

Try to organise your group so the most domminant characters are split across sub-groups equally. If students are resistant to hold hands despite encouragment you could add a bib between hands.
