I can describe dangers in the home and explain what to do in an emergency situation.

Common misconception

Medicine is always ok for us as it makes us feel better if we are sick.

Unless the medicine is given to us by a doctor or pharmacist, it could make us more ill. We must only ever take medicine if a trusted adult has said it is ok to do so.
