Common misconception
Pupils may think that 'ready meals' contain the same nutrients as meals we have prepared and cooked ourselves.

Equipment
Pupils will use the plan they created from the previous lesson to make a healthy meal, ingredients as required, access to food preparation and cooking facilities.
