      Like 'mi' and 'tu', 'nuestro' does not agree with the noun in gender.

      Unlike 'mi' and 'tu', 'nuestro' agrees with the noun in gender. 'Nuestro' and 'nuestros' refer to masculine nouns, while 'nuestra' and 'nuestras' refer to feminine nouns.

      Teacher tip

      For additional challenge in task C2, pupils could write their own sentences using 'nuestro' and an -er or -ir verb in the 3rd person in the preterite tense.
