Seasonal - food related to a particular season of the year
Traybake - a cake that has been baked in a tray
Common misconception
When baking, the baking trays (or foil trays) do not need to be greased or lined.
Baking trays (or foil trays) should be greased with a little oil, or lined with greaseproof paper, to create a barrier between the cake and the tray. The barrier helps to prevent the cake from sticking.
