Not all snacks are unhealthy. We can use the Eatwell Guide to help us choose healthier snacks. We can choose snacks from each of the four biggest food groups.

Talk to the pupils about what snacks and drinks they usually have for a day. Using the learning from the slide deck, ask them to think about what changes they could make, including different swaps.
