  2. Breakfast muffins can be sweet (containing fruit) or savoury (containing vegetables and/or cheese).
  3. The food skills used to make breakfast muffins are measuring, grating, mixing, dividing (spooning) and using the oven.
  4. We can rate how we worked by: being hygienic, following the recipe, working tidily and using food skills.

Recipes can be modified, for different occasions and the needs of people. Ingredients can be changed and other ingredients added.
