Ensure that children understand that Robert the Bruce was a real person from the past.
Children could complete Task B in small groups: encourage them to discuss ideas; provide an enlarged worksheet or paper to work on and choose a child or adult to be a scribe. Choose a child to role play Robert the Bruce. Other children take turns to ask Robert questions.
