Quadrupedal - using all four limbs to move or support the body
Plyos - quick, explosive jumps from two feet involving fast transitions from landing to take-off
Common misconception
Pupils often take-off flat footed or leaning backwards and look down during their jumps.
Pupils should take-off from the balls of the feet with knees and hips engaged, swinging their arms for more momentum. Pupils should ensure they keep their eyes locked on the landing spot from take-off to landing.
