- Think: knowing how to use positive and constructive feedback requires reflection and helps peers to improve / progress.
- Feel: responding to the needs of peers is a good way to measure increased confidence in your own leadership ability.
- Connect: show respect for each other when trying to decipher the correct technique of a bodyweight exercise.

Common misconception
Pupils think leading is just about giving instructions.
