I can take on specific roles within a team to work towards achieving a common goal.

Key learning points

  1. Move: running with short, efficient strides conserves energy for the duration of the challenge.
  2. Move: using both lower and upper body when throwing will increase the potential power.
  3. Think: sharing your thoughts and reflections out loud enables all team members to learn and make informed next steps.
  4. Feel: staying calm when mistakes are made prevents blaming others for errors and keeps morale high.
  5. Connect: encouraging and helping all team members increases the chance of success.

Common misconception

The task is impossible.

Each stage of the challenge is possible. A reset in order to start again may be a good strategy if you get confused.
