Common misconception
Because 'muchos' and 'muchas' are plural, you don't need to pluralise the noun that follows them.
The agreement of 'muchos' and 'muchas' must be in both gender and number so the nouns must be pluralised too, e.g. 'muchas playas', 'muchos pueblos'.
