I can be an inspirational role model to show others the qualities and skills that make a good leader.

Key learning points

  3. Feel: when others understand the task your confidence is elevated, giving a sense of achievement in your leadership.
  4. Connect: being able to share the ownership of a small group in a leadership task requires collaboration.
