This unit emphasises the importance for pupils of taking care of their body through exercise, getting enough sleep, maintaining good hygiene and planning a healthy week. Pupils learn practical ways to stay healthy.

eating a range of foods in the right amounts to help your body stay strong and feel good

to relax or sleep to allow your body and mind to take a break and have more energy
