Description

In this unit, pupils are introduced to a variety of situations where trigonometric ratios are required, such as 3-D problems and problems of elevation or depression.

This unit requires good understanding of ratios, trigonometric ratios and manipulation of formulae, as such it is positoned after several units revisiting and building upon these key skills.

  3. Calculating the length of a line segment
  4. Checking and securing understanding of the unit circle
