Later in sport psychology pupils will learn how mental preparation can aid performance further.

  • Pupils have a basic understanding of why goal setting is important for motivation and monitoring progress
  • Pupils show some awareness of SMART targets from PSHE/ tutor time and KS3
  • Pupils know the difference between positive and negative feedback
