Key learning points

  1. In this lesson, we will explore a higher style GCSE writing question focusing on tense formation before co-constructing a written answer. This is an opportunity to practise some independent writing at the end of this lesson. The writing task is: 'You are writing a blog about your relationship with your friends and family.'
  2. Purpose of language use: Guided writing: Family and Friends. (Higher)
  3. Grammar: Writing using multiple tenses: present, future, imperfect and perfect tense
