Description

In this unit pupils will examine ideas of human rights and reponsibilities. They will examine ideas of religious expression, the status of women and issues related to wealth and charity. Pupils will gain an understanding of different religious and non-religious responses to these issues.

This unit will build on study of the role of women in the Bible in key stage 3 and the knowledge of Christianity and their other chosen religion gained in Year 10.
