Description

In this unit, pupils will explore art, artefacts, and architecture from around the world. Through hands-on activities, they will experiment with different techniques and materials to create artworks. Pupils will gain a wider context of how art shapes and reflects our global history overtime.

This unit broadens pupils understanding of the relationship between artists in the west and globally. At this stage, students are developing critical thinking and creative skills, making it an ideal time to continue their exploration of a shared language developed between artists from different global perspectives This unit encourages pupils to appreciate different perspectives, fostering a broader worldview and inspiring their own artistic techniques.
