Description

This unit introduces what rights we are all entitled to and how citizens can protect their rights. Pupils look in more depth at the right to health and the right to accurate information.

Pupils learn about the rights all children should have because they are developing a sense of justice and equity. Understanding children's rights is crucial for their awareness of global issues. This knowledge helps them recognize the importance of rights, advocate for themselves and others, and foster a fair and compassionate outlook as they develop as informed and responsible citizens.
