Description

This unit begins formal revision, with known grammar and vocabulary reactivated throughout. Pupils apply knowledge of regular and irregular verbs in the present, perfect and imperfect tenses, reflexive verbs, feminine and plural noun formations as well as revisiting articles and pronouns.

In this unit, pupils revise previous grammar and vocabulary knowledge in the contexts of the life of a Francophone teenager, a cultural visit to Cannes, and the history of Quebec. As pupils' knowledge has progressed, this unit draws together past and present tenses, including reflexive verbs. Pupils also revisit different categories of articles, pronouns, and rules for noun formation. They practise applying more complex language with greater confidence and fluency, whilst further developing their Francophone cultural knowledge.
