I'm going to demonstrate how we can add text in Canva, although you can use any other desktop publishing software. On the left-hand side, we have the menu. I'm going to select the text option from the menu. I'm then going to select Add a Text Box. This will add a text box with some sample text. I can remove this text and add my own text. Once I've got that text, I can then edit it, so I can change the font. There are lots of different fonts that you can choose from, so have a look carefully and see what will match your document. I can also change the text size. I can change the position of the text by clicking and dragging it to a different location on the page. And I can also change the text color.
