Annie Gardner

Annie is an experienced Managing Director with 30+ years working as a consultant in the IT and Services Industry. She has served clients in both public and private sectors spanning multiple industries.

Annie helps clients innovate and embrace new technologies, supporting their change journeys in a strategic and sustainable manner. As a Gallup Strengths certified coach, she also works closely with individuals and teams helping them embrace a strengths-based mindset so they can excel individually whilst developing highly
performing teams.

Previously, Annie was a member of the External Advisory Panel for Further Education (FE) restructuring, providing independent advice to DfE colleagues as a means of helping create a more robust and sustainable FE sector.
