Tom Rose
Education Director
Tom leads our curriculum design and delivery functions, working with our partners and their teachers to create high quality exemplar curricula and lesson resources. Tom started out as an English and RE teacher, before spending time in strategy consulting and also in leadership roles with Teach For All, Teach First and Place2Be. Tom joined Oak from Ark Ventures, where he supported the development of high-impact, sustainable and scalable innovations such as Mathematics Mastery and the Institute for Teaching.
