Reviewing a digital product
Lesson details
Learning outcome
I can review and provide feedback on a digital product.
Key learning points
- Feedback should be carefully crafted to provide constructive information that informs improvement.
- Criteria can be used to help structure the reviewing process and assess the success of a digital product.
- Comments providing feedback can be left directly in a digital product.
Keywords
Feedback - information about a product to inform improvement
Criteria - a factor on which you judge or decide something
Comment - a written or spoken reaction to express an opinion
Common misconception
Feedback is about telling people what has been done wrong and giving commands.
Feedback should be supportive and constructive. Feedback should include details of what has gone well as well as suggestions to help improve the product.
