Key learning points

  1. Combine two or more words to create a compound noun. Add 'Lieblings' to mean 'favourite' and 'Haupt' to mean 'main'.
  2. Add the prefix 'un' to an adjective to mean 'un' or 'im' in English, e.g., 'unmöglich' - 'impossible'.
  3. To form ordinal numbers, add the suffix -te for numbers 1-19 and -ste for 20+.
  4. Add the suffix 's' and remove the capital letter for days and times of day to change them from nouns into adverbs.
  5. When performing a role-play, answers should be a short phrase or sentence. Do not add unnecessary detail.
