Demonstrate your ability to work as a team. In a relay format, everybody takes it in turns to jog out and back. Once everyone has jogged, increase the pace for everyone to run, and repeat using sidesteps, heel flicks, and finally, high knees. How many times can your whole team complete this sequence?
