Common misconception
Months of the year use capital letters in French, like in English.
Unlike in English, months of the year do not use capital letters in French. They start with lowercase letters, unless at the start of a sentence.
Instead of asking pupils to raise their hand when they hear their birth month during the months song, you could ask pupils to stand up, allowing for more movement and interaction in the lesson.
