Common misconception
'Qui' is always used as a question word.
'Qui' is a question word meaning 'who' but is also used as a relative pronoun to introduce a relative clause, for example 'L'homme qui est grand est mon papa', meaning 'the man who is tall is my dad'.
If students need more vocabulary practice before moving on to the grammar cycles of the lesson, the noughts and crosses activity could be repeated, targeting particular areas of vocabulary.
