Learning outcome
I can jump using the correct technique in order to jump as far as possible.

- Move: using the correct jumping technique, bending our knees, swinging our arms, focusing forwards, helps us jump far.
- Think: the correct technique for jumping will increase the distance we can jump.
- Feel: showing self belief will improve the jumping distance we can achieve.

Common misconception
Pupils don't land in a controlled way. Pupils do not use the correct technique for jumping. Pupils are distracted and jump looking at others.
Demonstrate an effective jump with a controlled landing. Demonstrate the correct technique. Reiterate the importance of jumping with heads focused forwards.
