In this unit, pupils complete their knowledge of 'aller' in the present tense in all forms. They also revisit the verb patterns for -er verbs. Revisiting these verb patterns with new verbs is essential to securing the knowledge. In addition, they apply it with new grammar - the use of à, en and chez meaning 'to' in different contexts. Pupils apply their knowledge in a rich cultural context as they learn of the wealth of artistic, fashion sporting, scientific and multicultural heritage of famous French speakers.
