We will learn how basic positioning and prediction of flight paths can increase successful outcomes in sport. We will apply this to net games focussing primarily on volleyball.

Equipment
Ideally a ball (can be a cushion, teddy bear or a toilet roll), umbrella, longer piping (vacuum handle).
