Building on previous work around Food culture and Consumer awareness in Year 6, pupils critique choices and suggest alternatives. Looking forward to Year 8, pupils address the influence of ingredient availability, cuisine, cooking technique, and equipment on food choice locally and around the world.

Prior knowledge requirements
