In this unit, pupils revisit their previous knowledge in the context of social media and technology in everyday life. Pupils apply their knowledge across a range of common threads, including asking and answering spoken questions, listening and responding to longer passages and creating extended writing using a range of verbs in past, present and future tenses.
Prior knowledge requirements
- Pupils know how to form questions in the past, present and future using inversion, intonation, est-ce que and question words.
- Pupils can use a range of impersonal verbs including il fait, il est, il y a, and il faut.
- Pupils know how to use modal verbs in the present and perfect tense.
