      Being healthy is tricky.

      We can implement easy ways to stay healthy into our daily routine. For example, walking to school and drinking enough water.

      Teacher tip

      Print out the rainbow of food colours (slide 37) and put it in the classroom for pupils to refer to before lunchtime. Alternatively, you could have pupils create their own rainbows or make a display baord together with their own ideas for each colour.
