      Spanish word order is identical to English so I can translate sentences with indirect object pronouns literally from one language to another.

      Spanish word order is different from English. Indirect object pronouns come before the conjugated verb. With 2-verb structures, they can go before the first verb or after the infinitive, attached to it.
