This unit explores reproductive health and pregnancy. Pupils learn about pregnancy and fertility cycles, explore healthy pregnancy practices, and receive medically accurate information on all options for unintended pregnancy.

As Year 11 pupils approach adulthood, they require medically accurate information about reproductive health and pregnancy. This unit provides essential knowledge about fertility, healthy pregnancy and all options for unintended pregnancy. At this stage, pupils can engage with complex reproductive health topics maturely, supporting them to make informed, autonomous decisions, access appropriate healthcare confidently.
