When saying what you will do in French, a separate word is needed for 'will'.
The simple future in French is a simple tense because it is made of one word. The idea of 'will' is created through the correct verb stem and ending. Most -er verbs use the infinitive as stem for the simple future.

Task A1 has two options. Option 1 has greater challenge and is aimed at the majority of pupils. Option 2 offers greater support for those who may need this. Teachers may wish to search for a video of la Marche des Fiertés to show in class, to deepen awareness of this significant cultural event.
