People only come to Eryri National Park in order to climb Wales' highest mountain.
People do come to climb mountains but also enjoy other enjoy outdoor activities and the historical and cultural attractions in North Wales.
Teacher tip
Give students the opportunity to research some of the tourist attractions, creating a short factfile about each to help them to feel more confident when describing the range of reasons why tourists visit. Use of OS maps and GIS can help with this as well.
